Brief Biography:
Red Slider lives in Northern California. Recent work in print include ghazals in ( Lynx , vol 14, nos. 1& 2; Jane Reichold, ed.); a lyric narrative, "The Man Who Did Nothing", in (Anthropology and Humanism , vol. 25, no. 1; (American Anthropological Assn.); haiku ( Still Poetry , UK), small press works in Moongate de Sentiens, The Journal of Ayurveda and others. Online presentation venues include Recursive Angel, Taverner's Koans, Zuzu's Petals, Snakeskin, Brownflower, La Petite Zine. . . . His tribute to the poet Ryuichi Tamura "Cranes Over The Lake" ( Riding the Meridian , Jennifer Ley, ed.) has been nominated (along with hundreds of other worthy entries) for this year's Pushcart Prize competition.
